Commercial fit-out timelines
Most commercial projects in Singapore run 12–20 weeks from brief to opening — but the critical path is permitting. We submit drawings to SCDF, URA and NEA in parallel with construction to compress the timeline without cutting corners. Larger F&B fit-outs with grease traps, ventilation and full kitchen builds can run 20–28 weeks.
