A 3D render isn't just a pretty picture — it's the cheapest, fastest way to catch a design decision you'd regret seeing in real wood and tile. Every Mr Cow interior design project includes photorealistic 3D visualisation as standard, but we also offer 3D visualisation as a standalone service for clients working with other architects, contractors or property developers.
What you receive
- Still renders — 4K photorealistic views of every key room, lit and styled to match the intended atmosphere (morning, day, evening)
- 360° panoramic views — explore each space on your phone, no software needed
- Walkthrough videos (optional) — 30–60 second cinematic flythroughs for marketing or client approvals
- Material boards — every render references a real-world product so you know exactly what you're approving
- Revision rounds — two rounds of revisions included as standard
Why 3D visualisation pays for itself
- Eliminates expensive change orders — a 30-minute review of a render is far cheaper than tearing out installed carpentry
- Stakeholder alignment — partners, spouses, landlords and investors can all see the same vision
- Faster contractor tendering — contractors quote more accurately when they can see the finished result
- Marketing-ready imagery — for property developers and F&B owners, renders double as launch creative
Software and workflow
We model in SketchUp and 3ds Max, render with V-Ray and Corona, and post-process in Photoshop. Files are delivered as web-ready JPGs and print-resolution TIFFs, with native files available on request for clients who want to continue work in-house.
Turnaround
Standalone 3D visualisation projects typically deliver in 5–10 working days from finalised drawings and material selections. Rush turnaround (3 working days) is available subject to schedule.
